Eligibility Criteria:

To initiate a return, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:

The item must be in the same pristine condition as when you received it.
It should be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
All tags and labels must remain intact.
Remember to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:
To start the return process, simply reach out to us at support@velosole.com. Our dedicated team will guide you through the necessary steps and assist you promptly.

Accepted Returns:
Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label. This label will contain all the details you need, including instructions on where and how to send your package securely. Please note that we cannot accept items returned without prior authorization.

Damages and Concerns

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the items and promptly reach out to us if you encounter any defects, damages, or if you have received the incorrect item. This will allow us to assess the situation and take appropriate steps to address the issue.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are ineligible for returns, such as perishable goods (including food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as personalized items or special orders), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We are also unable to accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any uncertainties or questions regarding a specific item, please don't hesitate to contact us for clarification.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items that are on sale or for gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the most efficient method is to initiate a return for the current item. Once the return is processed and approved, you can then proceed to make a separate purchase for the desired replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, regardless of the reason and without needing to provide a justification. As mentioned earlier, the item must be in its original condition, unused and unworn, complete with tags, and packaged in its original box. Additionally, you will be required to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund's approval status. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please be aware that processing and posting the refund to your bank or credit card account may also take some time.
